We consider ourselves first of all as a consulting company, with a relevant and strong basis of know-how and experience. Our business success is mainly based on stable long-term relationships with our customers. We sell software solutions for geo-spatial information and infrastructure (GIS), architecture, engineering and building (BIM) and woodworking (CAD/CAM) and we provide our customers with all the needed value-added services during implementation and the following period of use, including training and support.
Our daily job is to study and learn to keep fully up-to-date with all aspects in the several fields of work. CAD software is relatively complicated and field specific in its nature. Utilization of such software requires knowledge in specific engineering fields and terminology. That is why our team members have studied geo-spatial information, wood processing, production processing.
The only way to be successful in CAD-software sales and training is practicing a project based sales philosophy. That is why we always communicate directly with our customers and the cooperation is long-standing. The best solution consists of detailed (pre-sales) study and providing local training and support as much and as long as needed. Customers are our most valuable assets - 2/3 of annual software licenses sales are to our existing customers.
