Also Estonia suffers from a backdrop and our wish is to help all those experienced and/or inexperienced, but unfortunately unemployed people from the infrastructure community with increasing their chances in the future job market. Therefore we are happy to offer you this unique and valuable opportunity.

In a nutshell:
Be Employable provides outplaced infrastructure professionals with no-charge access to Bentley software and training. It also provides online tools to help users develop their own personal learning needs, and the necessary Learning Units to help workers maintain professional qualifications.

For who:
Any unemployed person can register. Of course, Bentley software will be of little relevance to people who are not from the infrastructure community, which includes engineers, architects, construction, and GIS professionals. The program is not for students, but if you graduated and have no job yet, you are more than welcome and even recommended to join the program.

Conditions:
Even the conditions give you nothing but advantages. You must be a member of Be Communities professional networking site and post your resume to the Be Resume Center for potential employers to review. These services are all free.You need to prove your employment status, your most recent employer’s name will be asked and from time to time you need to confirm your status.

Bentley LEARN:
Anyone that has registered for Be Employable will be given access to register for any course in the Bentley LEARN Server.Ordinarily Bentley LEARN delivers anytime, anyplace learning to every desk in an organization. It is the training subscription companion to Bentley SELECT that gives every organization unlimited access to register for OnDemand eLearning and instructor-led distance learning from the Bentley Institute.

Software:
A selection of the most popular and used software is offered (see table below). You may only use the software for non-commercial personal skills development. You may not use the software for any commercial use. Using software obtained under Be Employable for fee-generating purposes is a violation of the software end user license agreement.
